Batch Verification Tests

Before batteries are approved for distribution, every production batch is verified through a defined sampling procedure.
This process ensures that supplied cells meet declared main electrical and quality parameters.
Typical verification tests include:
– open circuit voltage measurement
– internal resistance measurement (DCIR)
– capacity verification tests
– charge and discharge cycle testing
– visual inspection of cells and protection circuits
These tests help detect deviations between production batches and maintain consistent product quality.

Product Qualification Tests

Tests performed during new product implementation or during collaborative product development with the customer focus on extended parameter analysis, such as accelerated aging or operation under adverse conditions. The goal of these tests is to provide a detailed analysis of battery behavior under controlled conditions and confirm compliance of all parameters with the technical documentation.
Qualification procedures include:
– multiple full charge–discharge cycle analysis
