innCraft Quality
At innCraft, quality is not just a declaration – it is a measurable and documented process.
All battery products undergo a structured verification procedure in our laboratory to ensure consistent electrical performance, safety, and reliability.
Our laboratory infrastructure allows us to perform electrical, thermal and functional verification of lithium-polymer battery packs used in consumer electronics, industrial devices and OEM applications.
All measurements are documented and archived, ensuring full traceability of test results and production batches.
Batch Verification Tests
Performed in the innCraft Lab on every production batch on a sampling basis.
Product Qualification Tests
Performed in the innCraft Lab on each product before launch.
Batch Verification Tests
Before batteries are approved for distribution, every production batch is verified through a defined sampling procedure.
This process ensures that supplied cells meet declared main electrical and quality parameters.
Typical verification tests include:
– open circuit voltage measurement
– internal resistance measurement (DCIR)
– capacity verification tests
– charge and discharge cycle testing
– visual inspection of cells and protection circuits
These tests help detect deviations between production batches and maintain consistent product quality.
Visual and dimensional inspection
Internal resistance measurement (with PCM)
Capacity verification with a 0.5C and 1C cycle at room temperature
Product Qualification Tests
Tests performed during new product implementation or during collaborative product development with the customer focus on extended parameter analysis, such as accelerated aging or operation under adverse conditions. The goal of these tests is to provide a detailed analysis of battery behavior under controlled conditions and confirm compliance of all parameters with the technical documentation.
Qualification procedures include:
– multiple full charge–discharge cycle analysis
– capacity verification under defined current profiles
– thermal behaviour verification
– protection circuit operation tests
– extended cycle testing
The results provide reliable technical data and support long-term product stability.
Dynamic Impulse Response Test
Capacity verification at elevated temperature (55°C)
Thermal profile under load
Accelerated cycle endurance test (aging)
Storage stability test
High SOC Swelling Risk Assessment
Test DCIR
PCM verification (over-discharge, over-charge, short circuit protection)
Resistance of connections and wiring
Traceability and Documentation
All laboratory measurements are recorded and archived within the innCraft quality documentation system. This enables:
traceability of test results for specific battery models
comparison of parameters across production batches
long-term monitoring of product stability
verification of electrical characteristics during product lifecycle
Compliance and Safety Documentation
Lithium battery products supplied by innCraft are supported by standard documentation required for transportation and integration into electronic devices.
UN38.3 transportation test reports
Safety Data Sheets (SDS / MSDS)
Battery specifications and electrical characteristics
Why Quality Control Matters
Reliable battery performance is critical for electronic devices and OEM applications.
